The rules of engagement.

These Terms of Service apply to the Apex website, consultation requests, communications, scheduling, telehealth interactions, and related online services made available by Apex Health Center Corp. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site or Apex online services.

Apex is not an emergency service and does not replace emergency departments, urgent care, or 911. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.

Apex services are intended for adults who can form a legally binding agreement. At launch, Apex telehealth visits and prescribing are available only when the patient is physically located in Florida at the time of the encounter, unless Apex states otherwise in writing.

Website content is for general informational purposes and does not create a physician-patient relationship by itself. A clinical relationship begins only when Apex accepts you into care and a licensed clinician actually provides services. Submitting intake, sending a message, or booking a call does not guarantee treatment, prescription access, or acceptance as a patient.

Prescription therapies, labs, and at-home services are offered only after clinical review and only when medically appropriate and legally available. Apex may decline treatment, require further records or lab work, or refer you elsewhere.

Compounded medications are patient-specific preparations and are not the same as FDA-approved brand products. Controlled substances and certain other therapies may be subject to additional federal, state, pharmacy, or in-person evaluation requirements.

Apex is private pay unless Apex expressly states otherwise in writing. Insurance is not billed through the pricing shown on this site. Consultation fees, physician fees, medication fees, lab charges, and IV service charges are separate unless a bundled price is clearly stated.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information; to protect your account or device access; to use the site lawfully; and not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse Apex content or systems.

Apex may rely on third-party vendors for hosting, communications, labs, pharmacies, payments, or scheduling. Apex is not responsible for independent terms, privacy practices, or service interruptions of third-party providers, though Apex expects them to support the practice appropriately.

Unless otherwise stated, the Apex website, design, branding, copy, graphics, and related content are owned by Apex Health Center Corp or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Apex may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version here. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
