Apex provides information, intake handling, telehealth scheduling, coordinator access, and prescription services where legally available. Submitting intake does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.
02. Clinical review
Prescription therapies are offered only after a licensed practitioner reviews your intake, labs when relevant, and a consult. Decisions are made based on clinical appropriateness and applicable law.
03. Billing model
Apex is private pay. Insurance is not billed through the pricing shown on this site. The $100 annual physician fee is separate from medication, panel, and visit pricing. Cash pricing for every item is visible before it is ordered.
04. Not emergency care
Apex is not a substitute for emergency care. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
05. Changes
Apex may update these terms. The current version lives on this page. Continued use of the site after an update counts as acceptance.
