How I handle the information you submit.

Name, contact information, location, stated goals, symptoms, medications, history, and basic identity documents when you choose to upload them. Any lab results or clinical notes generated through Apex are stored under the same controls.

Intake submissions are routed through a secure server endpoint. Apex does not share intake content with advertising pixels. Analytics used on the site are privacy-respecting and do not expose protected health details in page events.

Access is limited to personnel and service providers involved in scheduling, telehealth operations, billing, clinical review, or a direct coordinator relationship with you.

You can request a copy of data you submitted, ask for corrections, or withdraw from future coordinator contact. Reach out through intake or your coordinator before sending sensitive content over unsecured email.
